Blogmas Day 5: Christmas Poetry By Chloe Mayes

December 05, 2017

Hello readers! It is day 5 of my Blogmas schedule and today's post is a Christmas themed poem written by the lovely Chloe Mayes, you can find her on Twitter under "@poetclo".

Below is the poem she was kind enough to write for me to showcase as part of my Blogmas:

 Twinkling everywhere I turn
Magic in the air
Something is happening
People smiling everywhere

It’s now December
You know what it’s time for
Get the tree out and
Hang your wreath on the door

Decorations up, here we go
Christmas lights up my day
What a magical time
And brilliant in every way

A time to be with loved ones
Family time, it’s been a while
Appreciate those around you
Spread the cheer and smile.
