Lush Bathbomb Haul!

October 08, 2017

Hello readers!

I got a really special delivery recently from Lush and I couldn't wait to share my new goodies on my blog:
Bath Bombs!
I decided to check out the "Kitchen Exclusive" bath bombs Lush had on their site and I chose a small number of them to try and review! All of these are gorgeous in their own way and have a large range of scents, colours and ingredients.

Cyanide Pill: this is a pretty small bath bomb but its super cute nonetheless, the whole pill design is really clever and I think its one of Lush's most creative looking bath bombs. This bomb contains popping candy, lemon oil, almond oil and cedarwood oil - all of these together make for a soothing scent that I think is quite appealing.
Cyanide Pill
Golden Slumbers: this literally looks like a ball of golden glitter and if it turns the water into the same colour as the outside of the bath bomb then I am in for a sparkly treat. With a mix of neroli, lavender and chamomile the smell of this particular bomb is so calming. The only thing I'm worried about is if it IS full of glitter my bath is about to get murdered.

Guardians Of The Forest: I won't lie I have actually used this before and I was hoping to get the sacred lotus to try but it was out of stock so I chose this one instead because I know how much I love it! The overall earthy scent is probably down to the rosewood oil, crypress oil, lime oil and oakmoss absolute. The design itself is so pretty with the tree and leaf decals but I really enjoy the woodland sort of smell it has, it reminds me of walking through the woods!
Guardians Of The Forest
Ylang Song Bombshell: The white round shape reminds me of the Dragon's Egg bath bomb but it couldn't be more wrong! This cute little white bath bomb smells so floral and fresh, and it does rose absolute, rosewood oil, neroli oil and ylang ylang oil which are all gorgeous scents. I'm expecting this to make my bath water super creamy and flower scented but who knows what'll happen until I try it!

So those are all the cute new bath bombs I purchased to try (with the exception of Guardians Of The Forest since I know that one) and I can't wait to try them and see what they're going to do to my bath water!

  2. These look like great bath bomb choices! I love the cyanide bomb one--it sounds so creative for a bath bomb. I can't imagine how popping candy would feel in the bath, though I bet it would sound amazing! I love the sound of the Ylang Song Bombshell; I'm such a fan of creamy baths! I hope it lives up to your expectations.
