Cooking With Zara - Spicy Vegan Pasta Bake!

For anyone else who loves food and creating new recipes my Cooking With Zara segments are perfect for you! I've done six of these before which can be found HERE and I really enjoy them because it means I get to cook (and eat) the various stuff I made!

This time I'll be showing how to make this delicious spicy pasta dish that I love so much:
To make this you will need

1. 300g Penne Pasta
2. 45g Black Pitted Olives
3. 35g Diced White Onion
4. 60g Cherry Tomatoes
5. A Raw Green/Red Chilli
6. 3 Cloves Of Garlic
7. 500g Pasta Sauce
8. 100g Fresh Leaf Spinach
9. Half A Bell Pepper Sliced
10. Olive Oil
11. Oven Proof Dish
12. A Saucepan Of Water

Fresh ingredients!

1. Boil a pan of water until it is bubbling frantically and add all of your pasta and let it cook through until its soft. It's also best to preheat your oven at around 200℉ so when you place your dish inside it'll cook through quicker.
2. When your pasta is soft drain it and get rid of all the excess water. Now you're ready to mix all the other ingredients together for your bake!
3. In the same pan on the same ring drizzle some olive oil in the bottom then add your pasta sauce, bowl of vegetables and spinach to your pasta.
4. Stir it together on a medium heat until the ingredients are softened through to the middle.
5. Pour your mixture into your oven proof dish and place it in the oven to cook through properly.
6. Cook it for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and then remove it from the oven and leave to cool, when it's cool you can enjoy it!
